10 Powerful Positive Affirmations You Need to Let Go of Self Judgement

Ever have those days where you're criticizing and doubting yourself? Going down the rabbit hole of not being good enough for your job/partner/abundance in your life? Or waiting for the pin to drop for people to find out you have fears like everyone else?

It's a normal part to a woman's cycle. Self doubt and judgement creeps in the week leading up to your period. Serotonin, one of your feel-good hormones, naturally dips and it makes you start to doubt yourself, your life, and everything you've achieved thus far.

Let's make sure your mindset stays in tip top shape!

When it comes to achieving your goals, your thoughts hold a lot of power.

Your energy has the power to influence those around you and attract whatever you seek.

Our energy can get in the way of receiving what we want and we don't want to allow our cycle to dictate whether we achieve our dreams or not. I love using positive affirmations to help clear my energy and open the pathways for abundance.

Here are 10 positive affirmations to write on post-its or plug into your phone when you need to let go of self judgement:

  1. I am decisive in what I want.

  2. I am excited for where I'm at and eager for more.

  3. I consciously choose to let this go.

  4. Fear drives me to know exactly what I want to do.

  5. Resistance reminds me to choose another path or it's not time yet.

  6. I expand in abundance as I inspire others to do the same.

  7. I don't wait for my dreams to find me. I take small, consistent action toward what I want and create the momentum for them to manifest into my life.

  8. I am willing to clear out anything that no longer serves me.

  9. I trust my intuition and allow it to guide me forward.

  10. I am deserving and open to receive.

How can you get more from this practice?

Think of three words that describe how you want to feel.

For example, when I'm looking for more confidence, I want to feel SUPPORTED, INSPIRED and FREE.

In my phone I an set the alarm to randomly go off throughout the day that reads: SUPPORTED | INSPIRED | FREE

When the alarm goes off, I'm reminded to check in with my energy and whether or not I'm feeling how I want to. If I need to feel more supported, inspired or free, I ask what I need in that moment in order to feel that way.

Maybe I need to take a break and gain some more perspective. I'll go on a walk outside.

Or maybe I don't feel supported enough because I haven't asked for help. I then ask for help where it's needed most.

I use this practice the most during my luteal phase when self criticism can derail my positive mindset.

We get to choose how we experience our life. I hope these affirmations help you get started and that you create some of your own! I'd love to know what three words you've chosen to how you want to feel. Share it with my on Instagram!
