With holiday travels just around the corner, you gotta have good snacks! I've rounded up my healthy favorites that'll instantly put you in the holiday spirit.
They're all loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fats while being low in sugar.
1. Aloha Mint Chocolate Protein Bar
The mint chocolate protein bar by Aloha are one of my favorites! They taste just like a Girl's Scout thin mint, but way healthier.
With nearly 15g of protein, they're also high in fiber and low in sugar. So you can travel with a chocolatey treat that'll keep your mood and energy high.
2. Seasonal RX Bars
Stock up on the seasonal flavors of RX Bars and get your fill of (healthy) pie. I love these bars because of their simple ingredients. The sweetness comes from dates and not added sugar.

3. Cranberry Protein Muffins
Before leaving home, whip up my Cranberry Protein Muffins. Cranberries are loaded with electrolytes to keep you hydrated on plane rides and with your cardio workouts.
They're easy to pack and taste so good with a cup of tea!
4. DIY Holiday Trail Mix
To make your own trail mix in a snap, grab 1/4 cup each of:
unsweetened coconut flakes
Add everything into a bowl.
Next pour in:
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
...and mix everything together.
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread mixture over the parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
Once cool, stir in 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and 1/4 cup of goji berries.
