5 Reasons To Fall in Love with Apple Cider Vinegar

From the kitchen, around the house, and as part of your beauty routine, there are so many reasons to fall in love with apple cider vinegar (ACV)!

Apple cider vinegar can kill off the bad bacteria in your stomach and in turn, reduce sugar cravings. It's particularly helpful for people who struggle with candida, an overgrowth of bad bacteria in the stomach. They feed off sugar, so those food cravings are really the bad bacteria asking to be fed!

I add a shot of ACV to some water each morning or a tbsp. to a water bottle with lemon and sip throughout the day. (Here's my recipe for the wellness shot I drink during my luteal phase).

Victoria Secret models have also been known to take a shot of this before each meal!

Forget those salad dressings loaded with words we can't pronounce. Dress up your salad with a little apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. It's delicious and super easy to make at home!

After you shampoo, rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar. I like to do this before conditioning so I can get the smell out of my hair! This will add shine to your hair and can even make it fuller.

Every Balanced Bombshell wants clear skin. Use a cotton ball to spread some ACV over your skin. You'll remove more dirt and toxins, while plumping and clearing your skin. This can even help reduce the appearance of wrinkles!

Pets getting itchy? My cat brought in fleas one time and gave them to my Emma girl, even though she was on flea medication. It was not the best time! To help soothe her skin, I took a damp towel and dipped it in apple cider vinegar, then rubbed it over her body. She felt so much relief.
