How to Make the Perfect Cacao Smoothie | Better Mood & Less Bloating


Most of us enjoy something chocolately each day ๐Ÿ˜Š I either eat a cacao smoothie everyday or dark chocolate! Chocolate is loaded with magnesium, which is calming for our mood and stress levels, so I view it as taking my medicine.


Smoothies are a great way to pack in more nutrients and help us combat our symptoms.


Here's how to make the perfect cacao smoothie for a better mood & less bloating:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop (about 20g of protein) of Bulletproof chocolate collagen protein powder

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 chopped beet

  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 1-2 tbsp. of ground seeds (if you're new to seed cycling for hormone balance read this blog post)

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1/2 tsp. of shatarvi powder
