Imagine this - you've had a hectic afternoon and are wondering what you can do to enjoy a relaxing moment. Then you remember it's time for a snack and you actually took the time to bake over the weekend. Nicely cut up and prepackaged in your fridge are the most chocolatey, hormone balancing, and happy mood inducing brownies!

You stop checking your email for a moment and envision yourself biting into one of those warm brownies and relaxing for a few quiet moments with your favorite afternoon tea. Mmmmm, that's the good life right there 😊

Sweet potatoes are a great, grounding food to eat before your period or any time you feel heightened levels of stress and anxiety. They help your liver detox excess hormones and soothes your pancreas, which can make you feel more zen.

And here at Balanced Bombshells, chocolate is always on the menu! It's loaded with magnesium which helps off fight stress and overwhelm. We always opt for dark chocolate to keep your blood sugar in tact.

My brownies might be a little different than you've seen before because they contain a special, secret ingredient.

Come a little closer and I'll whisper it to you... because your friends and family are going to love coming to your house. The food you make always makes them feel so good! And your coworkers who get too strung out.

...it's reishi 🤫

That's right, these inner buddha sweet potato brownies contain the medicinal mushroom, reishi, which is known for its relaxing properties. With every bite, you'll promote an immediate sense of calm and wellbeing. Take that PMS stress!

These brownies are also low in sugar and are good for your gut health.
