This recipe contains MCT oil and chaga powder to boost your mental focus. MCT oil is a type of coconut oil and it stands for medium chain triglycerides. When consumed, it’s processed directly by the liver and is immediately converted into energy.

I highly recommend trying this smoothie in the morning, whereas I made it as an afternoon treat and was up until 1am! Unless you’re into that kind of thing.

Chaga is a medicinal mushroom that boosts mental cognition, helping you better focus on projects. It also contains antioxidants to support your skin and has anti-aging properties. I love the brands Four Sigmatic or Om.

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tbsp. MCT oil

  • 1-2 tbsp. ground chia seeds

  • 15g vanilla plant-based protein powder

  • 1 kiwi

  • ½ cucumber

  • 4 sprigs of mint

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 tsp. chaga powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to your cup and enjoy! Now you can get back to utilizing social media for good and cultivating your online community.
