Sometimes a girl needs a little help boosting her mental focus.

Instead of, you know, sitting there staring at your to-do list wondering which item to tackle first. Then not really doing much of anything except scrolling through Insta… we’ve all been there.

With this smoothie recipe, you’ll bring more inspiration to your business and happiness to your belly. It’s loaded with nutrients to help calm your body and center your brain so you’ll easily work until lunch!

This recipe contains MCT oil and chaga powder to boost your mental focus. MCT oil is a type of coconut oil and it stands for medium chain triglycerides. When consumed, it’s processed directly by the liver and is immediately converted into energy.

I highly recommend trying this smoothie in the morning, whereas I made it as an afternoon treat and was up until 1am! Unless you’re into that kind of thing.

Chaga is a medicinal mushroom that boosts mental cognition, helping you better focus on projects. It also contains antioxidants to support your skin and has anti-aging properties. I love the brands Four Sigmatic or Om.

Sipping on this smoothie is a delicious way to improve your health and your biz!
