Protect Your Gut: 3 Super Simple & Delicious Boochtail Recipes

What’s a Boochtail?! It’s a fun little, gut friendly, sparkling mocktail, made out of kombucha, that makes you feel all fancy 💁‍🥂

As I was balancing my hormones, I noticed my body was too high in estrogen at certain parts of the month. And to really balance hormones, a Balanced Bombshell must first understand that you can’t spot treat your symptoms.

Each week of our monthly cycle builds upon the last, so if our habits weren’t stellar the week before, we’ll continue to feel it all month long (and into the next - hence the vicious cycle).

Consistency is key!

Saying this, once you DO balance your hormones, you can live a life where you can indulge 20% of the time. Things won’t impact you as much and your body will bounce back much quicker. I feel so good with my lifestyle, I say I indulge about 5% of the time, and you may find this too!

To counteract excess estrogen that resulted from drinking alcohol, I searched for healthier alternatives, like indulging in a glass of champagne! (those bubbles…)

Insert kombucha!

Kombucha is a sparkling, probiotic tea that aids digestion, promotes good bacteria in our belly, and comes in a variety of flavors. You can find it at most grocery stores (usually on an end cap near the produce section) If you’re super bada$$, you can even make it at home.

Grab some fancy cocktail glasses, your best girlfriends, and sip to happy hormonal health with these three delicious Boochtail recipes!
