Sleep Better Tonight!

A common complaint from women is that they aren't sleeping well. They either don't sleep deep enough or they wake up throughout the night, often unable to go back to sleep.

This isn't just a female problem, both genders suffer.

The quality of our sleep can be dictated by how our hormones are fluctuating.

Have you noticed it might be harder to sleep while you're having your period? Or you wake up in your ovulation phase at 2:30 a.m. ready to start your day? This can be common with hormone shifts and something to pay attention to.

What happens when we don't sleep well?

For starters, it throws off our appetite hormones, which lead us to eat more than we actually want, and be more interested in food, when you aren't actually hungry. Hence, leading to weight gain.

Cortisol (one of our stress hormones) is regulated best while we're sleeping. So if you aren't sleeping well, you're going to feel more stressed out than you actually are. And you'll carry that dreaded belly bloat around (I teach how to fix this inside the Balanced Bombshells Lifestyle Plan).

Our body needs restorative sleep in order to repair itself so we can successfully cycle sync our life. We're talking time to detox, sculpt lean muscle, and make sure we have the energy to lead our amazing life.

This all happens while we're sleeping!

Just how can you achieve this?
